Chavez Jr. now probably weighs as much as Arreola does when Arreola's considered to be "in shape".

Ah, good old serial ******er Virgil Hunter. The trainer that fighters go to when their careers are in the crapper.

Virgil Hunter reminds me of a horse whisperer or something. He talks in that funny voice and people think he knows what he's talking about. I'm not sure he does.

I don't know if Hunter can fix him. When Quillin was up and coming he was a hungry fighter, but over the past few years he is different.

Hunter cannot train hunger. Quillin will himself need to find the hunger again.

They drag up a mid-tier 154 lb fighter to put in front of him. Probably a super slow Mexican come forward fighter with no punching power. Quillin out boxes him in the first couple rounds and then blasts him out. In the post fight interview, quillin thanks al haymon, the Cuban people, and Virgil hunter and proclaims he's a different fighter. If malignaggi is the broadcaster he will say quillin looked really "sharp". The other commentators will agree that he looked sharp. The next day, everyone in the chat rooms will be talking about how sharp he looked. They will interview Andre Berto on fighthype and he will say "like I said man, me and Pete is brothas man, we feed off each other. Like I said man, Virg just has us so focused and so damn dialed in man. My boy Pete lookin sharp up in that ring". For the rest of quillin' a career, every good performance, regardless of the competition, will be attributed to Virgil hunter's defense first philosophy. If quillin has a bad performance the commentators will say he got away from Virgil's teachings and was being too wreckless
This is a legitimately great post. Every single thing is on point
