What about walters and his last few fights would make you expect him to fight loma like salido did? I would expect him to box from the outside, use his jab to upset lomas rhythm and try to pick him off with right hands and apply pressure if loma gets defensive and mix in some well timed counter punching.

This will be a difficult fight for both guys. Loma has an excellent amateur style. However, Axeman has a very good pro stylthat has given Loma fits in the past.

And he's ****ing BIG. That size and strength and love of body shots could be very tough to deal with. I favor Lomachenko, but I think Walters is very capable of wearing him down. At the very least he'll likely have to dig deep.

Lol @ giving me red.. this isn't an alt. This is my only account ask mods to check my ip,logs,w.e I enjoy boxing and mostly lurk these forums.. but common 50% of posts on here are by a bunch of slack jawed fairies. Instead I'd rather use my time to focus on training. Boxing isn't only fun to watch, some of you should train and try it

Btw this was posted when there were threads about this being a "50/50 fight".. before all of you were on Deontae's boxing nuts and the video of everyone giving their picks

I won't say it's in the bag or that it won't be a difficult fight that will test him, but I'm definitely picking him to win.
yeah, that doesnt shock me that people are trying to discredit the win in advance. I said it before and i'll say it again, once lomachenko starts winning more and becoming a bigger star, he will start getting the golovkin treatment from the nsb hate crew. He doesnt fit in with their, shall we say, 'image' of a boxer

It's a shame really. Merit should be the only factor, but you know. People are people. I think a fighter can be great enough to win over people who even hate them for whatever reason. Lomachenko may just be that good. November 26 should tell us plenty. After that, he'll have Orlando Salido, Gary Russell, Jr., Roman Martinez and Nicholas Walters on an 8-fight resume. I just can't knock that or even find a way to. He's taking on the best and the real threats to him. You can't ask for of a fighter than that.
