I will give my opinion because as you know, am not from the states or uk.
Pacquaio is reminding me of Nazario 'maddest one' González, founder of knights templer cartel.
He used his religion to justify his own ambitions, same as pacquaio is doing. Pac is supposed to be strict catholic. Pretty sure one of 10 commandments says 'thou shall not kill'
I am not a religious man but i like use the 10 commandments as a guide how to live my life. Is pacman forgetting to most basic and fundamentals of being a devout catholic?
Nazario was also a religious man also, but twisted the religion to suit him, having his own comandments/cartel rules in a book all his cartel members had. If broken, a lot of these rules were punishable by death.
Perhaps we should all study the universally acceptable, objective definition of good and evil. There is one, and ill give you a nudge in the right direction...it involves incorperating the 'tendancy towards complexity' into the definition. Humankind will be far better off.

He's killing drug users, not just traffickers. People just like Pacquiao who grew up in poverty and surrounded by crime, and turned to drugs as a temporary escape from their miserable lives. These people need help not mass executions.

Whats worse a drug dealer who is trying to make money to feed his family by supplying a high demand product or the user who many times robs, steals, and cons people in order to feed their habit? How about the user who middles from time to time so they dont have to rob and steal and spend all their own families money on drugs. The only bad parts about drugs are caused by prohibition aka the war on drugs itself. Legalize and regulate like we did with alcohol and many of these problems we have with drugs will go away, not to mention we will save 100 billion a year on law enforcement and health care costs
