I do not see this fight ever happening again and I hope not. I love watching pure boxers but you cannot sell this fight as a PPV. Plus the ego would never allow it to happen again because Manny is not going to admit that he lost which was a clear decisive unanimous decision. Boring or not, it was an easy sparring match. I could see Floyd coming back to fight Vargas if he wins to get his 50th victory.Comment

You may not like it but fight is a good business move...
Pac and May fighting again would still do over $2 mil PPV buys. They can't sell it to the fans at $100 bucks but probable could get between $60-70 for the rematch. So they could still haul in $250-300 mil. Making Mayweather guarantee say $50 mil and Pacs $30 mil with upside on the back end. Probable enough to make both guys get in the ring. They would probable do roughly half the numbers of the first fight and that's good money any day of the week.Comment

pacquiao is gonna lose this fight & then the rematch so they would stop talking about may v pac 2. Nobody wants a g*dd**n replay of the first fight shoulder or not! Ain't nobody gonna pay for the same garbage twice!, nobody! Like when Mayweather fought Maidana the 2nd time, why? There was no way Chino was gonna beat Money, none & with Money's fights counted why waste a fight with a guy he clearly beat already? Because Money knew that & it was easy work. Guaranteed 30 million & stay undefeated? Yeah, I'll take that! But it ain't gonna happen this time, pacman is washed up & it's the begining of the end in the Vargas bout, u heard it here first!Comment

Prediction: Manny defeats Vargas and maybe one other opponent, and then finds redemption by defeating Floyd Mayweather in a rematch. Then there's a rubber match where Floyd not only wins but knocks Pac out. And thus brings a suitable end to both men's careers: It means their last victories as well as their last losses (which in Floyd's case would be his only loss) were to each other, with Floyd appropriately getting the last word (with one final KO win, no less) since he is, you know, the overall better fighter.Comment
