Al Haymon only is able to make Jacobs take this fight. Jacobs asked for more money, as we all know.

Like they say, it is easy to make a fight when both fighters and teams want it - see Walters-Loma.

At this point if Jacobs loses it will take him a long time to come back as he would be avoided by most other MWs. So he wants to be very well rewarded in case [in his mind] he loses.

Whether he is worth that amount is another matter [for him] but is a big issue for HBO and K2. At this point I should thing Haymon is not interested in spending big unless it is an in-house promotion.

Abel sounding like he sees the writing on the wall... his guy losing focus. The first sign of a crumbling kingdom. And I am just speaking of how things usually go historically, so don't you little GGG kiddies soil your knickers with your whining.

Most boxing fans welcome this fight, because of the potential. I'm sure both guys will get rocked before it ends. And there's the intrigue. Hopefully Jacobs doesn't price himself out. This fight is exactly what is needed in the sport right now.

Good fight but GGG will clearly win this fight. I'm trying to remember the last a MW fighter had the power of a Heavyweight! GGG punching power is out of this world. If, & that's a big IF, Jacobs to have any chance, he can't fight moving backwards. Footwork has to be on point, give angles & without moving backwards.

I hope Jacobs follows through with this fight. Both guys need it, Golovkin even more so.

Whether he's worth what amount? I haven't seen any numbers floating around. Haymon is not Jacobs' promoter, it's DiBella. I haven't heard DiBella throwing out any numbers either.

                      2. I don't respect GGGs power. Next on the list.

                      3. I don't see anything special with GGG. Coming soon
