doesn't matter if u bench 600 in practice or in competition. that 600 bench is your power level.

Body punching isnt really a measure of power tbh.

ITs about timing, placement and knowing how to set up the shot. You dont need to punch hard to get a body shot KO.

Thats why feather fist Amir Khan was able to leave one of the toughest SOB's in the sport, Marcos Maidana, writhing on the floor in pain with a body shot.

that logic is so ******ed. i've seen Pernell Whitaker knock someone unconscious against the ropes. he's a KO puncher. it's so easy to Ko someone to the head. derrrrrp

it doesn't take power to break 3 ribs?

i've seen Jackson go to the body plenty. how come his opponents aren't wheezing in pain from broken ribs?

                  This!!

He wouldn't even have to hurt or wobble them before the KO. To use the OPs words, he would empty your health bar with one punch.

Go through his record he hasn't KOed anyone with a better chin than Ishida I don't even think he has KOed an opponent that has never been stopped before.

KOing people that have already been stopped before is not as impressive imo it's already been done before and you'd expect a power puncher to do it plus you're not questioning who he has stopped and how good their chin really was.

This is a simple case of overrating.
