Damn whats up with these Promoters/managers nowadays? They love social media (for themselves) but they dont know **** about modern day promoting. If I promoted or managed either 1 of these guys Id guarantee they would have media exposure, Kovalev would be on the WWE, and Ward would be on a Feed the Children commercial or some other charity. Women and children is where the Casual fanbase $ is at. Look at the UFC, one of the best things they couldve done is build a relationship with the WWE. And for Duva to come and say shes expecting "modest" numbers is her admitting to failing as a Promoter.

Deserves to get a ton of buys but if it did 300,000 I'd be surprised

How many visited last 2 or 3 Kovalevs fights? What was TV ratings? What are the same metrics for Ward?

Screw the ppv numbers......both fighters have got to go in there Thinking The Future Is Now Type Of Mentality because even if it does low ppv numbers the word will spread like a hot knife on butter and the next time you hear Kovalevs name or Wards name even the casuals will tremble and buy their fights but if they pull a Crawford vs Postol or even worse a dud of the century type of affair then you can kiss their future goodbye....so lets hope Ward shows up to fight and not to run, dance, hug and monkey around....We all know what type of fighter Kovalev is and Ward can be that too but will Ward think "I am gonna run, dance and hug my way to see another day " or is he gonna wanna control the center of the squared circle and not run backwards and sideways???
