Canelo is ***t with that thick frame...he won't fare well as a smw, and he's gonna grow into that weight class for sure. Doesn't have the movement or the reach and his defense will be even more leaky than it is now against rangier fighters.Comment

Alvarez is a pimp. I guarantee everyone he's the first Mexican "great" to hone in own on his own rope-a-dope technique. As we see in his pro fights, he's quite fancy at it. Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Chavez Sr., none of them attempted it for fun. Trolls don't understand that in sparring learning what works or trial-error is beneficial as it's (again) training for a pro fight.
Chavez Jr. however does get some credit playing on the ropes, the size, to his advantage. such a great chin Jr. has, like his pops, just lacks the discipline.Comment

yeah, I know size and reach difference are high..but even like that he could try to slip through and get inside, and do his very good body work...but no he chooses to stay on the ropes...just as the Smith fight...dont know if he was really trying/training that or its just a habit(against GGG that will play really bad...he will try to counter GGG, but the harder punches will come from golovkin's side)Ramirez is 6'3 with the body and height of a light heavyweight. He's massive for 168 and will fight at 175 probably very soon. Canelo is what 5'8 the most you can ever envision him growing to is 160. Of course reach would bother him Ramirez is 2-3 natural weight classes bigger then him. Ramirez towers over all super middleweights let alone super welterweights like Canelo is in this video. Ramirez don't have much pop but he is freakishly long and tall.
well, but it is a sparring nothing much to say about it.Comment
