Make no mistake Wlad doesn't take a lot of risks when he had to defend his titles.. A 40yr old Wlad would break down this chump systematically..
Are you serious? Jennings was getting out boxed in that fight and hurt on top of that. Only after he suffered the knockdowns did he throw caution to the wind and try to get in there and mix it up with Ortiz.

1st and 3rd rounds clearly for Ortiz.. Jennings was winning both 2nd and 4th..
5th was even and 6th was for Ortiz.. Going into the 7th They were pretty much neck to neck.. Ortiz's punches were hurting Jennings, yes but he seemed to come back the next round and box Ortiz to win it.. Ortiz hasn't been in late rounds, heck the guy has only 3 12 rounders so far.. Jennings team had a bad game plan that couldn't have taken Ortiz to deep waters..

There really was no comparison between the two. Jennings was outmatched. As for Wlad, I wouldn't be surprised if he's able to impose his style on Ortiz and perhaps break him down, but it's far from certain at this point in Klitschko's career. Luis is hungry. That combined with his ability makes him a very dangerous man. This would be a good fight.
Jennings tried to trade with Luis late 6th going into 7th.. He won 2 & 4th rounds and Ortiz may be had 3 rounds and one was an even round..
Jennings was getting hurt no doubt but the guy did come back strong after he lost a round..
Ortiz is never been past 8 rounds.. The only 3 12 round fights he had, he got a TKO.. Wlad breaks his opponents systematically and he won't go in there and match Ortiz.. If Ortiz can stay out of the jab and the left hook he can land, else he will eat jabs all night..

So what will you say if Wlad avoids Ortiz like the plague? Cuz I'm thinking that's exactly what will happen. But a salute to the guy if he does take him on.

I'd luv to see Ortiz vs Wilder, Joshua, Wlad. See how strong the current HW division 'cornerstones' are. Shake things up.

Ok, maybe you're right. As I noted, I don't remember the fight that well. I can agree that prime Wlad handles Ortiz. Don't know about now...but I'd sure love to find out.

I wonder what Vlad will do now, though. He said he would wait for Fury regardless of him pulling out again... maybe pull him to court but he shouldn't put his active career on further hold. They said the other day he reserved a date in Hamburg later this year, still, maybe he will fight some sort of interim.

Now THIS is the real Heavyweight championship of the world fight right here.

                  Fury is a fraud.

Ortiz is the real "baddest man on the planet"

Yep all the best heavyweights fighting each other while Wilder fights yesterday's garbage. Charles Martin was a better champion then he is. At least Martin fought a real heavyweight threat in his first defense.
