Bernard is essentially saying that Canelo vs GGG happens in 2019, then it still took a year less than May-Pac. You just have to realize what he actually said.

If BHop was serious about making it happen in 2017, he would say it happens next year and not saying it happens in less than 4 years.

It's like Max Kellerman said, they're trying to wait GGG out a few more years and age to set in a little more. Canelo has almost 15 more fights than him and is what--7 or 8 years younger? I loved the post fight interview where Max kept bringing up that his promoter, De La Hoya didn't duck anyone when he took control of his own career. This fight needs to be in May at the very latest. I wish it was in December of THIS year.
