Maybe it's supposed to be a joke like "this is the Don King way" of doing things. I don't know. I could see citizens petitioning for it as a joke. But can't believe city counsel members suggested it. Wouldn't that just hurt their PC credibility as "community leaders" who aren't supposed to have senses of humor even about funny things, let alone about someone being killed?

Reading this story is just laughable, you have to remember that don stomped a man who weigh a 100lb who was no physical threat to him (Don was at least 300lb)
