The thing that Oscar does and does well that would trouble Mayweather is that he throws punches in combination. Floyd (sometimes) falls in love with his defense (of all things) and sits there in the pocket and does his best James Toney impression. Oscars edge in power and ability to use both hands effectively will help him too.

I'd favor Floyd just because he's in his best days...he's lucky he didn't catch Oscar in his prime though. Floyd would be getting knocked out.

        Yeah that's still pushing it.

I'll say that was the greatest display of punching power I've ever witnessed by Oscar. But I've seen so many of his fights where he failed to attack like that....even though everyone wanted him to. Tito always brought the pain, in every single round, of every single fight virtually.

I took a hard stance in claiming Oscar was pillowfisted, and that fight last night reinforced the idea that I was wrong.

He still doesn't hit harder than Tito....No I don't think so.

I wouldnt go as far as to say harder but I was completely blown out of the water when DLH decked him with one solid shot. I thought DLH was a decent puncher but I figured Mayorga to have one of the best chins in the business

i want to see this fight badly. anyone who says that floyd will "destroy" dlh is a fool. if floyd wins this fight it will be a razor thin desicion. floyd doesnt have the power to destroy anyone at 147 or 154. if this fight is at 154 dlh wins handily and if its a 147 a very close decision that could go either way.
