I doubt Cuadras was worried. Gonzalez was the one who looked like he'd been in a train wreck after the fight. Meanwhile, Cuadras looked like he barely broke a sweat. And Gonzalez gets even more beat-up if they rematch... if not stopped.

OMG...all it takes is one good shot to close an eye that doesn't tell how the fight went but it seems people keep on emphasizing on this ridiculous notion : check the compbox stats if anyone was getting pounded it was Cuadras ( just on power punches alone ) as such the judges made the right call and had a unanimous decision.....so if anyone is getting stopped its Cuadras the only way Carlos gets a stoppage is if Gonzalez gets cut and the doctor has to step in.

Nice try, but Gonzalez had more than one 'boo-boo'. Yes, he won, but not by much, and he had that dejected look for most of the fight. He knew it was going to be a war, and it was. And BTW, that one judge had on blinders with the wide score. Anyone with a working mind knows that. Friend, you may wanna spend some time working on new excuses, because your hero is very likely losing if he rematches Cuadras.

So thats your argument? oh look his face but oh look he looks sad! If you followed RG whole career that look is common go watch the fight with Yagashi even the fight with Arroyo same look even the doctored stepped in and asked him if he wanted to continue despite clearly dominating...but you know you are probably one of those guys that have a conspiracy theory over compubox stats when the evidence does not suit your point of view.

It's gonna happen no matter what. Super Flyweight has four elite fighters right now, and a decent supporting cast around them. This is gonna be like the little man version of the Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, and Duran era. Over the next couple of years, we get to watch Gonzalez, Cuadras, Estrada, and Inoue battle it out against each other. Mix in fights with Concepcion, Sor Rungvisai, Ancajas, and Arroyo and you've got non stop action. 2017 and 2018 will be great years for fans of the lower weights.

I'm pretty sure Gonzalez will bring a cutman for the rematch. Not sure why he didn't hire one after Cuadras hired his to be his trainer. Any way it goes, you'll see a totally different fight.

What will be the justification for a Cuadras win in the rematch if Gonzalez's face isn't swollen? He danced beautifully all night?

115 has three P4P fighters : RG, Innoue, Estrada - This is the premiere division in boxing but these morons on NSB keep sleeping.

Yep, all of these fools will be waiting three years to see Thurman vs. Garcia. In that time span, Super Flyweight will produce at least two fight of the year winners.

I wonder if a Roman will ever tire of running, throwing obstacles in the way and ducking... Hmm atleast he seems to have a bright future in Parkour.
