Yes it was for a replay. That threw me off too. I thought, 'Wait a minute.' Haha. Great promo, though.

Unfortunately here, the promo was better than the fight.

IMO, the movie Watchmen paled miserably in comparison with its unbelievably bad a$$ trailer. It happens.

i actually loved watchmen the trailer was great. that smashing pumpkins song was originally from one of the crappy batman movies from the 90s (not the burton ones). i have a 3 and a half hour long version that i haven't watched yet

Man I knew that had to be Billy Corrigan's voice! Ha. Oh, I have the Watchmen on DVD and all. Saw it at the theatre, read the graphic novel. I'm with you there. I just don't think it did or really ever could live up to that trailer. I can watch it and get more chills in a couple of minutes than in 3 hours of watching the actual movie. Ha.

And Rorschache is the man.

Rorschach is the man indeed. the comic books are great too. i actually like how snider changed the ending to make it look like it was all dr manhatan's fault unlike the comic book where is just a fake alien. to me that made more sense. at least for the movie

Yeah I agree. I liked it over all. They kept Rorschache's mask changing which was really cool. Jeffrey Dean Morgan was perfect for The Comedian. An interesting tidbit is that at the beginning during the credits where they show the lesbian superhero kissing the girl like the famous WWII photo. The chick who was in the real photo died just a few weeks ago.

And of course, suggesting the Comedian killed JFK. How can you not love that? Haha
