I just learned something new. Hopkins and jones were America's top 2 fighters in 2008.

No matter what anyone says of him, he's my favorite fighter to watch and I go back and re-watch old fights of his more than anyone else's.
Underrated footwork, mega heart, greatest cardio ever.

Jones and Hopkins were old but he obliterated Lacy. The same people who kept calling Calzaghe a coward, screaming for him to fight Lacy, that he was ducking him, were the same people who gave him virtually no credit for beating him so badly. In 2005-2006, Calzaghe had a ton of detractors in NSB.

On another note, that fight should've been stopped by Lacy's corner at some point. There was no reason for him to keep getting pounded on.
