    I wouldn't say all that.

Golden Boy Promotions has Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, and HBO is at a point where there's literally nothing else to bank on beyond Alvarez (Kovalev-Ward is a heck of a fight that will likely end up doing okay business, but also has the possibility that Ward goes elsewhere after winning; the fact that HBO put the screws to Ward likely didn't engender good feelings).

The moment that that changes (no different than Oscar, I foresee a day where Alvarez commits fully to only fighting under his Canelo Promotions banner), Golden Boy is screwed (I like "JoJo" Diaz, but I doubt he's got the makings of being a cash cow, especially with the physical stature that seems to have him capping out at 135lbs)

GBP has a nice pool fighters to continue marketing on any future platform. GBP has the respect from the Hispanic Broadcasting community.

Nah that would be Matchroom. Like him or not, Hearn is doing a good job at the moment.

Of the prospects under the Golden Boy banner, who do you honestly see breaking through as a draw?

If Alvarez left, Golden Boy would be up a creek, with all of Estrella TV to promote their fighters

Salty f*ggot. The days of cherry picking soft hearted divas are coming to a end.

More like when Arum is gone...

Remember the gap from Chavez to De La Hoya? Marquez, Barrera, Morales. It's really about whatever new multi-deal extensions Oscar offers to Alvarez in the future. With Arum and Marquez, the time seems to be done. GBP and Ring seems to be synomous as of late, and as long as Beer companies continue the relationship with Oscar, I don't see Oscar's revenues being affected. Of course Alvarez is a great source for EXTRA profitable gains and more prestige for GBP, but as I said earlier, the focus isn't so much on Alvarez. I love the fact that Oscar and Bhop are running the business. The circumstances are because of them. I love that, and what those two represent. A bit unfortunate with DSG, but it is what it is.

Haymon and Schaefer took most of their fighters. And those fighters are now rotting like tomatoes. Haven't heard many of them for months now.

                Haymon has destroyed boxing.
