Thurman trying to start talk that somehow Brook is now damaged, somehow less of a draw. That just silly. And probably Thurman's biggest challenge at WW or JHW would be Brook... who punches even harder than him, plus uses angles better and is more accurate.

A Thurman/Brook fight would be a great matchup, and a big money fight in England. I doubt it happens with Brook talking about moving to JMW, but if it ever did the fireworks would fly. Hey Thurman... how about YOU move to JMW and make this one happen?

It's not the way of the American fighters to jump straight into a challenge. 'Keith' would have had 4 tune ups over 5 years like ward

The problem wasn't that he was facing a puncher. The problem was that his body was not conditioned for 160+ pounds. He came out in that round tired. You could see he was already tired before even getting battered.

That picture is so misleading. He wasn't even knocked down in that fight, it was a slip. The fight was also very competitive before Brook got stopped.

Who cares how misleading the pic is, GGG broke his damn eye socket!!! Brook didn't even phase GGG, everybody just thinks he did because anytime he landed any leather the dumbass crowd was going absolutely crazy... That's why Brook was also up on the cards which is complete B.S. Brook was almost KO'ED in the 1st round... I still give Brook mad credit for having the balls to even get in the ring with GGG, if anything I think this fight would possibly help him beat Spence and Thurman. I was actually surprised that he could take that many shots, lasted longer than a lot of true MW's...

He would have lost! And the chance to make the millions he made would have gone up in flames!

                They are not ******.

Because of their smarts he now has a BIG bank balance in loosing a fight he was supposed to lose anyway.

Why risk it against anyone else.

Plus he still has his WW title.

And we keep getting report after report about Brook.

It almost feels as if there is nothing relevant to write about any more.

The only relevant report about Brook at this point should be whether he plans on coming back to 147 and if so, when is he going to fight his mandatory?

Now that would be something worth writing about.

If you're saying Golovkin I agree number one cause he hasn't faced a guy that could give him the problems that Brook did Brook was winning the first 3 round and had half of the 4th round in my books he just got caught with punches from being on the ropes

Second I see him beating Thurman & Garcia and he hits harder than Thurman and Garcia but I do see Spence Andrade or J-Rock Williams being a tough fight for him but Golovkin needs to beat Jacobs Eubank and BJS in that order to do damage before Canelo and Ward I still think Jacobs could give him serious problems in the early rounds but who knows
