Oh that's right, Ward never fought at 168. I got the weights confused. BTW, Ward cleaned out his division and didn't sit around waiting on the smaller guy, he moved up and went after the beast, KOV!It was Sanchez who said that and my take is that he would fight anyone who is currently in those divisions, it does not necessarily mean he will fight those opponents at those respective weights though.
I just think it's a little hypocritical that people ask GGG to move up and look for opponents bigger than him but think its ok for Ward to look 2 weights down.Comment

As things stand for Ward:I hear you but really who cares how many interviews??? Like I said if the guy had any class or self respect he could make a comment saying Kovalev is better then any of the second rate opposition Ward has faced over the last year and a half but he is probably to embarrassed to bring up any of those names in any interview he does. So he talks smack about someone he did not sign to fight when schedules were wide open. Triple G sells out in UK, NY, and LA he doesn't use Wards name to sell his fights because most casuals have no idea who Ward is.
He ducked the following -- Adonis Stevenson in 2013
- Gennady Golovkin in 2013
- Carl Froch in 2014/15
- Mikkel Kessler in 2014/15
Who Ward decided to fight instead of those guys- Edwin Rodriquez 2013
- Paul Smith 2015
How can this guy honestly talk lol, he is so full of shiet there is a reason why he lost every single time in the court.Comment

When did he "cleaned out" the division? And when did he moved up? It looks like "sitting around" is precisely what Ward did.Comment

Can Ward make 168 now? Thought so...
You're talking about a guy who hasn't made 168 for over 3 years and who now struggles to make Light Heavy why mention what he used to weight when you know full well he doesn't fight at that weight anymore.Comment

This is what Andre Ward had to say during the Gabe Rosado fight about Golovkin when Max compared him to Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
"He might hit a tad bit harder than Senior. And I think defensively he a lot better. Golovkin is not a one trick pony, that is what I think a people are missing here. They talk so much about the power, but he has got subtle defense. He is doing some things in there that has allowed him not to take a lot of punishment."

If you look up "Butthurt Hater" on google, you actually see a picture of Ward.Comment
