Oleksandr Usyk vs Andre Ward @Cruiserweight

Let's say Ward beats Kovalev and the others at light heavyweight and moves up to cruiser to fight the gold medalist champion Oleksandr Usyk.

Ward would be the smaller man, but faster.

Both men are gold medalist slick boxers.

Let's see how Andrew does at 175 first, against the top guys.
Would be extremely technical. I haven't seen Usik fight anyone crafty like Andre so I've no clue how he'd react. Ward might be able to spoil Usik's game. Or, he might get stifled at the end of his reach. Tough to say. Maybe in a couple years.

I don't agree that Ward is faster, deff not faster footspeed.
Ward seems to slowed a little bit with his feet at light heavyweight and there is a huge weight gap between light hw and cruiser weight div.
The added weight would probebly slow ward, Usyk has the most advantages, youth, size, power, speed. Ward has experience, better trainer and dirty tricks, better inside fighting.

Against the top guys? There's only 2 top guys in the division, and one of them is Ward

Usyk out boxes him and is too big for ward to clinch repeatedly

Andre Ward is a fantastic technical boxer but Usyk has better Feet/movement and better power.

Usyk Ud or late TKO, he's too big and too skillful.

You might be right but Ward has the speed advantage here which can be a significant advantage here..

USYK is a big MF'er... And he's by no means slow and plodding... Ward giving up way too much size here, maybe 20+ lbs on fight night...
