Compared to other promoters though i reckon Top Rank do a good job.

I think the development fights prospects get with Top Tank seem to be the most difficult, while still being winnable. Excellent matchmakers.

Buggest issue imo is the chaotic American market. But i dont think that should be a problem till Conlan is near the top.
