      This thread is extraneous.

There was already a thread on this with a more robust poll that had dozens of responses and plenty of discussion. Most people agreed that he is a medium sized MW. He looks well suited for the division, probably couldn't cut down to 154, and rehydrates to levels that aren't especially high or low for a 160 fighter.

Then why did he want to fight Floyd at that weight?

That money had him trippin. He'd look like a ghoul at 154.

But I don't see your point. If he could hypothetically make 154 comfortably, then that would mean that he is a very small mw (aka a blown up 154lber) thus contradicting your belief that he is a large MW.

You just said he couldn't make 154 and now you're saying hypothetically he can to fight Floyd.

He's a fluctuating middleweight. His size fluctuates depending on his fans agenda. He can destroy Heavyweights in sparring, but shrinks when you mention Andre Ward, Sergiy Kovalev. He is a small MW, but when it's time to talk about 155lbs, he can't make it like other actual small MW's like Cotto and Canelo

I didn't contradict myself. I fully believe that he could not make 154 in any safe manner. He'd either not make it or be totally dead in the ring. I was saying that he was willing to take that risk for that Mayweather payday. I was not saying he could make it to fight Floyd.

You were the one that implied that GGG could make 154. My point was that even if you are correct and he could make 154 wouldn't that be contradictory to your other point that he is a big MW?
