I'm not convinced Burns can beat him.

Burns has fought some good competition Crawford Zlatcanin and Figueroa in the past few years he might have lost to Crawford and Zlatcanin but those are 2 current world champions who are on a good run, and imo he gave Figueroa all he could handle and probably couldve walked away with the decision if it would have been on neutral ground and I like Figueroa

Burns should win but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if he losses.

Burns is going to get hit, that always worries me. He's a rude boy, not a fancy Dan.

Ricky BURNED! For the love of boxing... How this guy came to be a world champion ...and last for so long is beyond me.! And now against Broner? He didn't take the fight the first time because his team feared for his belt... I guess they really have nothing left to lose!

A three weight world champion and in some stacked divisions too. Although Burns is not the best natural talent it just goes to show what hard work and dedication, as well as a bit of luck, can achieve. If Burns deserves being belittled for this then it doesn't say much for the other boxers in and around the divisions he fought in, even those at the very top.

Who has Burns fought? Katsidis and Martinez are his best wins... and we know what they are worth: tough but no skills. Then he was outboxed by Beltran and schooled by Gonzalez...before finaly losing to Crawford. Don't mean to be arrogant but...these are the facts. So ...closer to "trains hard and had a tone and a half of luck... and a great team with a good business plan.
