I wonder if Brook will have issues with that eye swelling up in future fights? Hopefully not. If he can effectively make 147, I'd love to see him fight Spence. In the meantime, Spence should take an interim fight and stay busy. His best wins are Algeri and a 41 y.o. Bundu. Bizier would be an ok stay busy fight for him.

        Ha

        Canelo wrecks Brooke with ease.

Canelo isn't a reckless fighter like ggg was in that fight, Canelo methodically breaks brooke down with his body work and stops him within 8-9rds.

Kell is definitely reaching for those paydays now, I don't blame him though, if he can get Canelo, then possibly Khan late next year, it'll do wonders for his bank account.

I'm not a fan of the IBF being held though, but Spence is high risk/low reward for Kell, and I'm a firm believer Spence would win that fight as well.

Nope, Canelo is better than Brook, he has more skills, power, defense and better resume.

Brook is more suited for jm but he doesn't realize if he fights Canella at 154 fight night Canella will weigh more than GGG did it will be the same problem going against the bigger man. Wait until he leaves fight smith for vacant title

Brook and Liam Smith should fight each other, I think that would be a good British battle.

I'm not about a suicidal approach, but a loss or two, or twelve in some cases, makes a fighter watchable, seasoned. 13 pounds vs GGG was crazy, but now Kell has some street cred. Get well Kell!

I've said this before and i will say this again ....for the upteenth time.

Never have i seen a fighter with so thin a resume who gets as much accolade as Brook.

He literally gets bludgeoned in his last fight and you would think it was competitive to hear his groupies tell it.

And he has the gall to try to parlay that non performance into another big money fight with Canelo.

I guess if the public is that d..b why not? Fights get shoved down the public's face so i would not be surprised.

From here on nothing is going to be easy for Brook no matter how you slice it.

Stay at 147 and he has Spence to deal with and Spence will do a number on him!!

Go to 154 and tries to fight anyone credible , he will get his a.. handed to him.

Brooks is NOT that good people. Look at his RESUME for crying out loud.

His biggest winnable fight would be against Khan. Even a victory in that fight is not a given.

Khan has a better resume in spite of the flack he gets from the public.

Brook is in that cash out mode in his career, exchanging knockout losses for cash.

Brook was on his way to being 1-4 or 2-3 on the cards while not throwing back for significant portions of round 5 and fighting to survive when his coach threw in the towel. Oh and he also had a broken face. but sure it was "very competitive"
