Questions. Why is GB offering 8 figures for a fight that's one year away? Who's has more room for fan base growth, Canelo or GGG? How do you think GGG beating Saunders and/or Jacobs will affect negotiations for September 2017? Will unifying the MW titles increase this 8 figure number?

For those who are on Canelo's bandwagon need to seriously stop and think logically. If Canelo is ready and willing to fight GGG, it would have happened already. GGG/K2 knows for sure Canelo is getting more. That's not even the question. How much more is going to be debated in negotiations, so for GBP to be throwing these figures out there and saying see we offered is nothing but smoke and mirrors. The bottomline is Canelo is not ready and GBP is just buying time to get Canelo a tune up at 160 before fighting GGG. And that's why the offer would be in September 2017 not May 2017 and also no sooner than that. Canelo has been on record saying he would not be forced into fighting anyone so that says he's not ready but the public wants him to fight GGG. This is all about Canelo/GBP saving face, period, end of story. This has nothing to do with GGG and Canelo has been utterly shamed.

Again, this is no different from last month's post where Oscar says they're gonna offer Golovkin flat fee.

Both camps know this fight has potential fight of the decade with over 1m PPVs buys. Both of these camps know Golovkin is not gonna take a flat fee, period.

First it was "Mexicans don't **** around! I'll fight him right now!" Then he dropped the belt because he didn't want to be forced to fight GGG next under a "false deadline." Then he said "my body isn't ready." Then they said they would make the fight next September.

Then 11 days ago, Oscar said,

When the time comes, we will make an offer to Golovkin...

Today Oscar said,

Thirty days ago I made an offer to GGG and his people"

I mean what the ****? 30 days ago they made an offer, but 11 days ago they were going to make an offer "when the time comes"? 30 days ago they made an offer "with upside," but 11 days ago the offer they were planning to make "when the time comes" would be only a flat fee and contain no PPV upside or percentage splits?

Huh. I wonder which side wants the fight next, and which side is 100% full of ****.
