. I mean seriously guys . You fall into the HBO hype way too much. The same people swore up and down that Floyd had no chance against #48 and what happened there? Always falling in love with power and the HBO hype train. You'll label a fighter a cherry picker while wearing blinders on your favorite hype jobs carefully matched cherry picked fights.
Until GGG fights someone of substance he's not invincible and CAN be beat. We won't know until they fight if it happens. GGG and his team will probably price themselves out or not make concessions to make the fight happen. I would've dropped the WBC belt too instead of paying a ridiculous purse bid to a chump that drew 97k ppv buys too if I was Canelo... it was the smart thing to do. You don't pay somebody something that they aren't worth. Canelo is the A side and GGG draws no comparison, especially fighting mostly cans. Hopkins made concessions including weight to fight De La Hoya. Hell even Floyd made concessions to fight De La Hoya. GGG is not a star or a p4p fighter of the caliber that they were so he should make concessions to get the big fights that he says he wants. He's only been a hypocrite and businessman like he claims others are so far. Dey be duckin' him doe.
Some of you think Brook is better than Canelo lol... well if Brook is supposedly better, why would you want to see him fight GGG then? Don't you want GGG tested? I see the fight as 50/50 and will be rooting for Canelo to end the hype train. I'm no Canelo fan either.
GGG had the superior jab. Canelo is a quick footed brook with craft. Canelo didnt have all this so called power vs a past it cotto. Canelo also fights guys with limited power.Comment

I'm a GGG fan but I can't agree with you. Canelo looked great last night, his hand speed and body punching could give anyone issues at this point... I'd pick GGG but I think it will be a hell,of a fight and if GGG doesn't KO him I give Canelo a shot for the decision...Comment

GGG would fight a whole other way vs canelo. He would put smart pressure and fight behind his jab anc set up his left hook to the body. He would press canelo back . He would make canelo fight a consistent pace. Canelo wouldnt handle that well.Comment

Canelo would be blowing out of his arse after a few rounds having been made to work every second with the mental fatigue that GGG puts on you and not take the rest spells that he loves. There's no way he wouldn't have times where he would be up against the ropes - Smith threw a couple of feints and was catching Canelo clean. GGG is the master of feinting and touching one shot then blasting the next. He gives GGG trouble at times but I honestly can't see him lasting 6 with his style. Keep getting flashbacks of Jose Cotto having him in all sorts of trouble.Comment
