Oscar's offer makes Floyd's $40M offer to Manny Pacquiao look generous.
Offering $10M for a fight that generates at least $120M is way less than 90/10 split. That is no offer, that is an insult and its the same as saying, we dont want that fight, we just try to save face and some idiots will eat it up.
