yes that's what it is. history. now is the present. now he is ducking so he should be ridiculed and laughed at. he's also the b-side to ggg as hes only making 3 million. ggg just made 5. ggg surpassed him by making smart moves while canelo ducked and ruined his rep. lets hope he agrees to ggg's demands like he agreed to floyds when they fought.

We'll know if GGG is the A-side next week, when those gate & PPV numbers come in! GGG's PPV was a big time flop! If Canelo does worse than him, then GGG is the A-side, if not, then it is what it is!

Lets get to the point. Even if Canelo was only getting 3 mil. Guaranteed he is still getting gate and ppv money on top of that which will easliy make another 3mil or more on top of that. So the 5 mil theory is out the window for GGG.
GGG is still the B side and will be when the fight does take place.
Canelo brings the money, not GGG. Canelo will be the A side. Canelo is 26 years old and has already faced the very best boxers period. And u want to ridicule him. Lol get a life dude. He will face GGG but on his terms. He went to court took care of that. Think if he would have fought GGG then they would have taken that much more money from him. Smart business.
They will make more money as well waiting that year out to fight GGG as long as he keeps winning.
I am a fan of both but those are the facts. GGG has not passed Canelo and has not fought anybody still close to the level of fighters that Canelo has faced.

This bout reminds me of Barker/Martinez. I knew absolutely zero about Barker, but he put up a very good effort against Sergio. Smith has to come in with a good game-plan, and he cannot get destroyed.

you said canelo is only making $3 million, who is making things up??
no one even knows how much canelo is making until at least next week....
just so that you know canelos guarantee was only 1.2 million vs angulo and he ended upt getting more than 8 after the ppv sales on a 375k ppv fight, as per richard shaefer canelo was getting almost 2 mill for every 100k ppvs plus the guarantee...

Smith doesn't have better defence than Canelo. He doesn't move his head or upper body even near as well as Canelo does.

Agreed. Canelo's defense against Cotto was impressive. Smith will have a problem to connect cleanly but I'm hoping I'm wrong so we see how canelo reacts to being tagged hard.

Nothing to do with his diet... I probably have the worst diet you can imagine, and I'm in my mid 30's, yet still get carded for even cigarettes 8/10 times - and that's WITH my scruff. Clean shaven I always get carded.

Of course I exercise, but I eat like shyte.

Why do u think Smith has a poor diet, though? If anything, he's got quite a good diet compared to your average Joe; he'd have to in order to make weight comfortably.

At the world level, boxers wanna get every advantage they can get - one of the easiest things to do is simply eat healthy to fuel and replenish your body.

It's all genetics... Anyway - I don't think he looks that old in the face. It's just the grey hair - a lot of people prematurely bald, and go grey in their mid to late 20's. If he shaved his head, he'd look 25-30. Right now he does look mid 30's, doe.
