ward took the food from his own table by refusing to fight bute, froch, Stevenson, ggg and trying to fight sartison, periban, truax, etc...unfortunately goosen died or ward would still be inactive and that gave ward an out and then unfortunately again roc nation gave him a terrible deal so ward could eat again by fighting his hand picked bums.

yes he is. he only knows like 50 English words and he doesn't put them in the right order but he has 10 times more charisma than ward. also his fights are a billion times better and people actually enjoy them unlike ward's funerals I mean fights

many fights are won outside the ring. like for example having all your fights at home while your rivals fight and travel to 4 different countries. ref selection that allow cheating, etc...

I think they are fighting in Vegas, yes weak minded fighters do lose before stepping in the ring. Surely Andre isn't fazed by that.

Hmm well i've always said it's a shame Kovalev doesn't get the HBO hype machine behind him because he has more personality than Golovkin. Kovalev actually seems a pretty funny guy sometimes but he doesn't have that smiling personality like GGG and Pac had which HBO love. Easier to market to the casuals than a guy like Kovalev who although has personality, in some ways kind of have a mean streak too.

GGG brings knockouts and attacking style so people enjoy that and it sells.

Ward is an exceptional boxer but mostly boring in and out of the ring. At least Floyd had a persona which made people want to watch him even if they hated him, even if he wasn't that exciting late on in his career in the ring.

Usually, I'm averse to fighters talking ****. However, I think it's important that the performers do what they can to drum up interest especially when the fight is on PPV.

Ward complaining about strategy talk....ok if I am gonna buy this PPV I expect both fighters to go for the knockout...if one fighter is doing all the chasing and the other is doing all the running then this will be a boring fight but if one team is saying we are going for the ko and then the other team says We dont wanna talk about strategy then I can expect the team that doesn't wanna talk strategy is because they plan to run a track meet...I wanna buy the fight because of Kovalev and his style of fighting but I am apprehensive because Ward goes for the KO when he knows he is the cherry picker but in this case he doesn't like his odds if he comes out guns blazing.....sort a like crawford and postol...I bought that PPV and I threw a party invited a bunch of casuals over and they were disappointed with the fight or there lack of a fight due to crawford running around and refusing to stand his groung in the middle of the ring...there was sporadic action.....hopefully this fight will be a fight and not a hugging and dance fest because of ward
