    Boxrec divisional rankings are pretty solid IMO,, they may have the occasional head scratcher but usually pretty solid

          Click on the bit where it says 'Read a full explanation of the ratings'. It does just that. It's a tedious explanation of the exact algorithms they use, and to be fair you can tell they've made a spirited effort to get it right, however a PTS based system is never gonna work. Boxrec should only ever be used for reference purposes, although the divisional ratings can give you a very rough and ready estimate of a fighters ability and experience if it's someone you don't know.
