Bottom line there was a lawsuit by her father alleging that he was fired becaise Beyoncé was lied to about him and haymon conspiring.. Beyoncé didn't beleive him and so did the court. Regardless of haymon is an actual plaintiff or defendant in the case, everyone from Beyoncé to the court believes her father conspired with him, hence why the father did win the suit
