He's very thick framed, big bones, joints, wrists, musculature. Very lean at 170 fight night too.

I specifically talked about his inability to make 154 for his height, which should be easy af. He is broad yeah and that's a natural body shape, some people are just like that but a guy that short should be making 11 stones with ease. Do you realise how small 5'7'' is? I think thats the average height for women in the UK.
