I have been saying this same thing for two years -- that Golovkin has been wearing gloves with less padding than his opponents. These special gloves give Golovkin an unfair advantage over his opponents. Golovkin wore standard sized gloves in the Brook fight and didn't have that unfair advantage. I am convinced that this is the reason why there were no knockdowns or a KO by Golovkin.

Goes to show the lengths HBO will go to put this guy over.

Nothing happened because Rosado didn't have the power to force a replacement of the gloves. The gloves that Golovkin has worn in his last 10 fights were approved because they weighted the correct weight. However, they were made in such a way that they had very little padding on the knuckles. This gave him an unfair advantage.. When he fought Brook, he wasn't allowed to wear those unpadded gloves and he had a much harder fight against Brook.

Come on man, stop the nonsense.

He's fought everywhere. West coast, east coast, Germany, Monaco, UK... his gloves were approved everywhere by many different comissions.

The gloves are examined by the boxing commission and GGG has been KOing everybody in lots of different cities. The boxing commissions in all these different cities would have to be crooked to let GGG use illegal gloves and that is very unlikely. Here is an idea. Maybe GGG is using legal gloves and he is a very skillful, hard punching KO artist.

Here is a new member from Melbourne who can quickly see that the unreasonable and obsessive hate for one of the best and most exciting boxers in the world is totally out of control. A handful of new crazy posters and a few of the older members attack GGG viciously many times daily as if he had murdered a member of their family or something.
