Comments Thread For: PBC on Bounce Weights: Smith 157.4, Galarza 154

The next installment of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on Bounce TV is set following Thursday's official weigh-in. The full night of action takes place Friday evening at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada (Friday, Bounce TV, 9:00 pm ET/6:00 pm PT).

Headlining the show, former super welterweight titlist Ishe Smith takes on prospect Frank Galarza in a scheduled 10-round affair. Both fighters are coming in off of lengthy layoffs and both facing must-win scenarios.

The locally-based Smith tipped the scales at 157.4 lbs., well above his normal super welterweight limit, but within the contracted weight. Galarza - who travels from Brooklyn, New York - weighed in at a fit-and ready 154 lbs.

Yikes. I love PBC and everything it stands for but this is just an overall bad card, lol. Ishe Smith should never be in a main event.

Nice card. Smith might be too heavy, under prepared.

I'll catch the free Justin DeLoach fight. That kid has a future. He's up against a no hoper but it's a decent stay busy fight for him.

Do I like paying 65 bucks? I wouldn't mind if I'm attracted to her and I can see it going somewhere.

I'd never spend $65 dollars on a chick at a random bar if that's what you're asking.

The Fix is on the air Smith is 157.8 lbs compared to 154 for Galarza and nobody cares or complains?

who would waste their time or energy fixing an Ishe Smith fight? What would be the point?
