Timothy Bradley, after just re-upping with Top Rank, likely still has a guarantee near the $2m that he had before. Doubt that Alvarez lays out that type of money on a non-PPV fight.

I'd like to see Golovkin make 160 with VADA testing for a full fight camp, rather than just for the last couple weeks before the fight (after all of his weight cutting is already done with).

Kell Brook got his first VADA test at the end of July, almost literally 5 weeks out from the fight.

Less than two weeks after the program started, Golovkin was already 165lbs (basically a hard sweat in the sauna away from making weight).

I'll bet you $100 that Golovkin was nowhere near 165lbs when his camp likely started in late May.

Alvarez-Cotto II does double the business of Alvarez-Golovkin. You may have zero excitement for the fight, but the general boxing public likely doesn't share your opinion.

Alvarez Cotto II does better numbers than Alvarez vs Smith but not better than Alvarez GGG. I think youre severely overestimating Cottos PPV worth at this point in his career. Fair play though - if any of these fights happens i'd be glad to pick this conversation up in the future to see who was right.
