    SHould pro boxers start...

    Working on their wrestling and grappling game? especially if they are younger?

    Looks like the Herd was right, thing are looking baaaad for boxing right now

    They used to do it in the old days, but i thing it can help, feeling the strength and skill of a fighter in the clinch can be discouraging.

      No,,, they should work on their boxing...

      Still tons of money in boxing,, maybe just not in America

        If you means in terms of being able to transition to MMA I'd say no. However I've seen videos of Kovalev working on his "wrestling" and it seems like a great idea considering he's about to be fighting a guy who you could say uses "grappling" as part of his boxing.

          The money is still **** in MMA, regardless of how much folks want to push the "boxing is dead" silliness. Canelo Alvarez will still end up making more money on the Liam Smith fight than McGregor made of the Diaz rematch (and that's a record-setting fight for the UFC).

          Danny Garcia, on his coming fight in October, will likely take home a bigger cheque than 99% of the fighters under the UFC banner.

          If you've got hands, boxing is still the more profitable path
