    Seems Haymon has ran out of cab drivers or semi-retired fighters for his showcase stars. He used to always come up with guys like Karass, Kamegai, Diaz, Collazo, Zaveck, Bundu, Bellamy, Lozano, etc. He's having problems making his top stars fight each other.

                    The announcement is that the PBC doesnt mean Premiere Boxing Champions, it was the abbreviation for:

                    PBC = Postponing boxing Careers

                            I think they have to announce something this week. No way they have their schedule blank. Last time PBC had a blank upcoming schedule, there was no PBC.
