Real numbers for Golovkin Brook = > 1.65 Million

Ok - hopefully final update, sorry for that, having problems with US Timezones and thought GGG replay was at the time the Soto Karass fight was.

Here is the complete thing, Total Numbers first, from http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/article...9-10-2016.html

06:10 PM = GGG vs Brook Fight Afternoon Broadcast = 843k
06:28 PM = GGG vs Brook After Fight Interviews etc. = 755k
10:02 PM = HBO Preshow, just before Gonzales fight = 619k
    10:13 PM = Gonzales vs Cuadras Fight = 667k
12:06 AM = GGG vs Brook Fight Evening Broadcast = 593k

GGG vs Brook on HBO had a total of 1.436 Million viewers on Saturday

    843k watched the live broadcast
593k watched the evening broadcast after Gonzales

    = 1.436 Million Average Viewers

    Also per Dan Rafael

    843k + 593k = Average 1.436M Viewers.

    Golovkin vs Murray
    by Dan Rafel
“Per Nielsen, GGG-Murray on Saturday averaged 862k viewers on HBO Boxing, peaking at 938k (more). #boxing,” Dan Rafael said on his twitter. “Was afternoon show. Blew away HBO Boxing ’14 afternoon cards (Froch-Groves 2 700k, Klitschko-Pulev 620k). Combined w/ night replay averaged 1.433M.

Meanwhile Jacobs vs Quillin did 267k: http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/article...12-5-2015.html

    Summary
GGG vs Murray = 1.433M viewers (afternoon + evening)
GGG vs Brook = 1.436M viewers (afternoon + evening)

    GGG numbers/ratings are not declining.

They think same 755k viewers from the first batch watched it again. You give numbers to dumb people and what do you get? Dumb arguments.

They keyword is unique viewers. Unless people know what unique viewers is, it is hard to say if he lost or gained viewers. Most likely, he got over 1m unique views. Much more over that.

833k are from the actual fight in the evening

So everything else is just a guess then right?

The TS and thread title sounds pretty matter-of-fact about his assumption.

Right. He seems to be doing fine. GGG is an international star but too many people think the world revolves around US only. I wonder what the numbers are liek outside of US and UK(which together total about 2m viewers)

What a huge GGG fan you are, watching twice, means you tuned in twice and that counts as viewership for HBO.

If you buy a Cheeseburger in the afternoon and buy another Cheeseburger in the evening, you still bought 2 Cheeseburgers, and McDonalds still sold +2 Cheeseburgers that day.
