Dude is still shook of GGG. Does this statement supersede the previous verbal agreement of them fighting next year? Does anybody believe anything that comes out of his or GBP mouths anymore? Is he going to fight Andrade, or Charlo? Or will he pluck another ripe cherry?

The Ring belt rules allow him not to fight...

On another hand, Canelo really is the "authentic" lineal champ at 160...

So 155 was cool up until GGG became your mandatory! Got it.
... because he wanted to fight Khan "for some belt", remember?

              lol

Golovkin's been bum hunting for basically his entire run on HBO, the fight that he's tried to hype his way into getting has now gone up in smoke, The Saunders fight is still beyond what K2 is ready to spend, and now he's stuck in a position where he's going to likely take on his most serious fight at middleweight with the other camp controlling the event.

              hilarious to see the tears

If he can make 154 I think he stays their for awhile. If he beats Liam Smith Saturday so what does he do for December? Does the winner of Rosado vs Monroe Jr have to move down?

Highly improbable -- therefore he will not take Jermell Charlo for the WBC strap... and Jermell is the "weaker" Charlo...

On another hand, Canelo would not take a Jermall Charlo either -- Jermall is stronger and he holds the IBF strap, where Canelo can't make the morning weigh-in...

Bravo Canelo you got all the time in the world baby don't you worry boxing will produce another hype-job like Golovkin when the time is right for you to take back your lineal crown.
Except it was Canelo who called GGG into the ring.

It was Canelo who said he told his team to make the fight.

It was Canelo who said he doesn't **** around.

It was add La Hoya who said he'd be fight GGG in a year.

It was De La Hoya who promised he would act like Floyd.

                      Umm, about all that

He won't. If he's gonna risk getting his azz kicked he will do it fighting GGG, much bigger fight.
