From the looks of the x-ray on Brook's eye socket, I think his career is over.
It wasn't a fracture, it was a break and shatter. There is a gap there where bone is supposed to be. There is no way to graft anything to fill the gap.
A piece of metal plate probably couldn't be strong enough to take a beating.
If the bone was just fractured I'd be certain he could come back, but it looks like it's over for Brook.
