Stylist fans, get in here PLEASE I need to pick your brain for a minute...

So as the saying goes SKILLS PAY THE BILLS right? The point of boxing is to hit and not get hit RIGHT?? Faster hands, better feet, and cleaner/effective punching wins the fights right???

If what I am saying is correct, in your opinion, what did Cuadras do wrong against lil Chocolate this past weekend?

PLEASE no butt hurt Pac fans replies, I know you are all still hurt over KO6. Id actually prefer to hear answers from Mayweather fans (the brothas) as to what they think. From what I gather a lot of AA's dont care for the lower weight divisions (which is cool) but if you havent watched the fight, put it on mute, watch it please, and discuss what you think went wrong...

Gonzales won my friend please try to get over it and move on. Cuadras didn't know how to deal with the pressure early on is an effective way so he lost many of the early rounds.

By time Gonzales slowed enough for Cuadras to fight back he was already 4 rounds down. The remain 8 rounds were pretty much back and forth affairs. Cuadras did good but I would expect him to lose in a rematch.

And you're wasting your time with the Mayweather fans. Those dudes aren't real fans and don't know **** about boxing. They're fanboys that ignore all other divisions their favorite fighters don't fight in.

No I get it man, he lost. No way to take it back. My question is in the biasness in the sport. Why is it that AA's and Afro Cubans can use lateral movement in a fight and school the other fighter but a Mexican does it and loses. Then when a Mexican brawls, hes a sock em bop em robot too? Its like what went wrong? What could he have done to win? Stay there and slug it out? C'mon man, the fix as in no matter how he fought, as long as Gonzalez didnt get KO'd he was going to win and no one can understand that.

The fix wasn't in, Gonzales is just a superior talent. Cuadras lost too many early rounds and didn't have enough in him to dominate all the way through to the end. I wouldn't call what Cuadras did winning but it was very ineffective early on because Gonzales was still catching him on the ropes and winning the rounds.

It becomes more effective once Gonzales tired and he was able to stand and trade more.

And you can see in his face after the 11th round he thought he was on the verge of greatness. He was psyching himself up for the dramatic finish but then he came out and found out Gonzales wasn't quite ready to go and lost the round.

Oh and cubans like track-star Lara ain't ****.

Inept judges + cuadras body langauge when being pressured.

Cuadras did the better work and better footwork but his body language looks like he being defeated regardless of his work displaying otherwise. And Perception is everything in boxing thats why you dont show when your hurt, thats why commentators talk about having long hair is bad cause you can see every punch and it looks more dramtic, thats why judges score blood etc etc.

I felt like Cuadras could of hurted Chocolate-tito more if he stood his ground n backed Gonzalez, but he let it go to the hands of judges

Body language had a lot to do with it, especially when you have a larger guy landing the harder punches. I didn't feel Cuadras was straight running the whole fight but it's an unfortunate situation where the small guy, who is an underdog, and doesn't land as emphatically gets overlooked by the judges.
That said, I didn't score it so I can't say if it was really a robbery or not. Felt like a close fight.
