He looked a bit drained and I don't think he'll be able to make 160 for much longer anyway. If he can't get a fight with Jacobs or BJS next he should just move up. He's holding out for a huge money fight with Canelo but GB said that won't until a year from now, at which time Golovkin might not be able to make 160 anymore.

This theory does not seem to be supported by facts. He was 165 30 days before the fight and 158.8 during weigh in. And re-hydrated no more than Brook (career WW) for next morning. Do you remember him ever having difficulties making weight?

Ward didn't move up to 175 to chase greatness, he moved up because he can't make 168 anymore and he said so himself. Hagler is great. Pryor is great. Monzon is great. Hopkins is great. None of them moved up a goddamn ounce except Hopkins who moved up at age 41. As far as I am concerned as long as GGG fights the best middleweights who dare to fight him then he is already great.
