Btw the only reason I have Valuev on the list because he is a champ, although he does'nt deserve to be he got 2 gift decisions but on his record it is a W, the ring has a similar ranking to my ranking: http://www.thering-online.com/ringpages/ratings2.html

Rahman owns the real belt, which he took from Vitali, because Vitali was keep getting injured. Toney/Rahman fight was a draw. That's the reason he's #2, also he did beat Ruiz for a belt, but they took it away from him because the steroids BS.
