Well i have got around to watching GGG/Brook..

Initially i suspected this fight may start as the Tortoise/Hare scanario.. The smaller faster boxer often gets ahead first, that is natural. It happened with Amir Khan against CanYellow... But for the 5 it lasted i had it Rounds 1, 3 & 4 GGG. Brook may have edged round 2. This one almost ended in the first when he was pinned on the corner. GGG hit him really hard in the body then cracked him in the jaw and the legs buckled like crazy.

Brooks best round was the second. He would not have been able to **** it out with GGG for 12 full rounds. GGG threw more punches, and hit with more punches. As the fight progress, those punches will eventually start to take its toll. In the fifth it looked more like Brook gave up, and Brooks corner threw in the towel when they saw their man had nothing more to answer back with. He was tired, hurt from the punches, and injured. Brook won’t admit it, but he looked tired and a little punch drunk at the time of the stoppage.

How in the world could the three judges have had Brook ahead of GGG at the time of the stoppage? That’s just bizarre. I guess in a parallel universe something like that would make sense, but I can’t figure it out. Brook was taking a beating from GGG if you are totally honest with yourselves!

Nice to see the British crowd applauding & cheering & GGG too. Showing a special fighter respect.. Good on em. Brook sir you are a warrior & indeed the special one! At the moment I think Brook naturally belongs to JMW. This guy will be a beast! This is how you put on big fights & this is sportsmanship in action

BJS legit called out GGG too! Do not back track now son.. Make the MW full unification fight!

Bull****! GGG lost the first three rounds straight, he only won round 4 and 5. Those rounds weren't even close, GGG was getting nailed throughout.

How can you say he lost round 3? that was a fairly one sided round in favour of GGG.

Round 4 was closer than 3 even though Brook was starting to wilt a bit.

Did you even watch the fight?

In fact, Compubox had GGG out-throwing and outlanding Brook in each an every round:

Even the BBC radio 5 live team (British boxing broadcasters, Steve Bunce, David Haye etc had Golovkin winning every round but 2) No way did Brook win round 1 & 3. Joke poster..

Weren't even close?! What are you smoking Tremell?

At the end of the 4th Brook had landed about 10-15 more power shots than GGG according to HBO

If you really believe that, you have no idea how to score a fight.

In a slugfest, Gennady Golovkin landed 44% of his total punches, including 53% of his jabs (11.6 landed per round- double the middleweight avg.). Balsy Kell Bro

Boxstat also (again had Golovkin landing more overall):

A certain demographic is right doe bro..

said it yesterday that if all the people claiming it was a close fight re watch the fight again they'll see that it wasnt even close. now getting them to admit it wasnt close is gonna be a challenge.
