It was in the third round I'm pretty sure. Very early on he's fine then he gets hit with a big shot and immediately starts back peddling and pawing at the eye. First 20-30 seconds if I remember right

could be the shot he got KDed on. It landed high on his face.


i don't know why that wasn't called a KD. no replay either. Clear KD.

I thought it was the left hook just before he pawed at it in the 3rd. He got caught when he bobbed.

Able Sanchez said it was in the 1st round. Brook said he thinks it was a punch in the 2nd round...this was at about 1 minute in the 3rd and looks to be the have been the most damaging...a left hook when Brook is bent over. Brook was obviously having problems after this. I can't tell if he's signaling his corner at thsi point and the damage really was done in the 2nd. He maybe asking his corner to stop it here.

I think he may have been fighting of an adrenaline surge when he rallied in the 2nd after his eye socket broke TBO...and at the point in the gif he's not really wanting to go on after getting hit there again. It's hard to say...he himself is unsure.
