most of us picked oscar to win this fight by either k.o,tko,or ud...mayorga was the perfect fight for oscar. i know that oscar handpicked mayorga because like steward said besides power mayorga fights like an amateur...delahoya is just simply way above this guy's league....i mentioned in another thread how tito looked like pbf in there against mayorga after even a longer layoff than dlh, and dlh would lokk just as good or better ...i saw the fight last night and just like i predicted oscar looked very,very good and totally dominated...but despite this steward said that he still saw ring rust in oscar..my question is how does oscar's impresive win change people's perceptions on how he would do against guy's like pbf,margarito,or even tito ?...in the way that people's perception about tito after he fought mayorga that is until we got a reality check in the winky fight ..

the fact that Mayorga was the champion going in, DLH coming off of a knockout loss, coming off of a near 2 year layoff, vs a dangerous puncher, at a time when DLH seems he is not into boxing anymore, and then the WAY he won the fight will always stand out
sure this is no beating a prime Floyd Mayweather Jr...but it can only ADD to a legacy...
I doubt anyone or many expected DLH to drop Mayo in round one and completely dismantle him worse than Tito -
ummmmmmm nothing really ... mayorga already lost... he lost to trinidad ...so him getting beat again , really doesnt mean anything ...
if he can catch floyd with a big shot, he will drop him... but will he beat floyd??? ...i highly doubt it ... floyd is too skilled and fast... and i dont even like floyd ... i like delahoya better... but this isnt the fight for him if he wants to go out on top ...

delahoya and floyd would both beat hatton...and make him go back to the UK ... lets see if he can even get past his fight next week...
