It's just business on their side. They're not ****** and know Golovkin is a huge threat. They are trying very hard and throwing everything at Canelo being the next huge superstar and face of boxing. I'm sure the way they see it is that they cannot afford the risk of their star man being sprawled out on the canvas, which is a very big possibility and they know it.

It's not to say they don't think he could win either, but they probably feel it's not worth the gamble and there's other routes they can go down and still build him.

Canelo probably is trusting their method.
Exactly. Its all business and nothing more. GBP wants to establish Canelo as a Brand in boxing. GGG might upset the apple cart and they can't have that. Canelo is not afraid. His promoters are afraid of losing their golden boy cash cow.

Mosley - Way past prime bloated WW . not impressive.
Angulo- B or C level fighter that was never really great
Mayeather- Got shut out by him and completely humiliated
      Kirkland- Completely shot fighter
Lara- Lost according to many fans
Cotto-Solid win against a smaller fighter past his peak
Khan -LMAO if you even rate that win
Smith- Also LMAO at that win

You guys act like hes some HOF'er

What offer? A bull**** flat fee for next year lmao. Thats the crappiest offer ever for the biggest fight in boxing that would generate a massive amount of revenue. If golden boy shows some damn respect and actually gives them a reasonable split then they will accept it easily.

Canelo's team needs to respect GGG as the A-side.

I doubt it. They already mixed it up in sparring back in the day, and from what I read on the internet, they were pretty neck 'n neck. Canelo isn't gonna be stepping into the unknown, he knows what to train for and people who think he's gonna fold like all the others will be eating crow when it's all said and done.
