I like how people claim GGG gets hit on purpose. He gets hit because he has no defence, no head movement, but it doesn't matter because he has a granite chin and massive power. He didn't let Brook nearly uppercut his head off, he's wide open to it in every fight.

Froch would have beaten him, more than likely stopped him and he'll be lucky to win a round if he fights Ward. Ward will make him miss all night.

Yeah, the excuses are getting pathetic. If a person thinks Golovkin let himself get hit on purpose in that fight, then they should just kill themselves so their ******ed genes can't go on.

GGG is an elite pressure fighter who can also box a little bit too, his success in a pressuring style is heavily reliant on that immense punching power, a good chin, and a very good jab. Those qualities make him elite, especially his equaliser, the power. He also has a strong winners mentality (underrated quality), a champions spirit, which can often take fighters further than others who are more talented. He is a smart fighter, he cuts the ring off well and understands his own limitations to a certain extent. Those are the good things...

Now to the bad, he is NOT pound for pound the best fighter in the world, and never will be. He is not on that kind of level, and the Brook fight provided more evidence to that fact. He has decent hand speed at best, and pretty decent feet, but again not the fastest. He has almost no head movement, and in general is way too easy to hit, even for someone with a seek and destroy style. He will always be beatable as a result, Brook is the first elite fighter he has come across and even though he won without properly being pushed, you could see the vulnerabilities and the way he can be beat as clear as day. I actually I think him and Billy Joe Saunders is a pretty competitive fight after seeing that, BJS has a chin on him, and he can box too, suddenly I think that is a pretty fun fight.

GGG was fronting in his post fight interview, he felt Kell's shots. GGG was backed up and looked to clinch after one particular combination. That tells me his chin is good, but not the iron its supposed to be. Him and Canelo is a 50/50 fight in my opinion and one that I'm really looking forward to. I think Canelo will take him as long as he doesn't gas out.

The one fighter GGG actually took serious and out boxed was Lemieux. Froch would stand no chance, GGG grew up literally fighting bigger guys.

lol at his punches having no effect on golovkin, even golovkin had the face of a lier when he claimed that. We all saw his legs melt beneath him in round 1. He didn't expect brook to attack him so bravely and was clearly shook.

Either, brook's power is underrated or golovkin's chin is overrated. It's a matter of fact that brook made golovkin's legs wobble in round 1, though, and don't be such a whining white newbie that you come here and claim otherwise. We all saw it and you saw it too.

Did way better than I expected. He was just too small for him.

GGG does not start laying the leather on opponents until the 4th round and he almost KO'd crook in the 1st round

But it's all about the power for him, supported by his chin. Without his power he'd be a B/C-class fighter at best.

With his power he's elite.
