Did we watch the same fight? I watched a fight where GGG looked bad, got exposed and was frustrated as hell because a welterweight was showing him up.

Gennady looked worse than in any of his fights since Ouma, but for Brook to diminish his power is laughable IMO.

Brook was badly rocked after only 2 min into the fight.

Gennady for whatever reason decided he wants to make it a total slugfest, where he would, of course, be tagged by much faster man.

'got exposed' is a way too strong assessment. It was bloody obvious Gennady just wanted to go through his punches and finish it. Smaller, faster man would always appear to have some success. But this is not a 3 rounds fight.

Great respect for Kell, but he didn't expose anything. GGG's worst performance by far was enough to badly beat very best Kell inside 5 rounds.

GGG is very heavy handed but he does load up and a very good boxer with good eyes can see them coming and take the impact better.

Brook is a superb fighter with good eyes and was able to roll some of GGG's heavy shots.

I like and respect your posts, but GGG clearly hurt him bad in the 1st round, broke his face, made his trainer throw a towel.

Kudos for Brook and his chin. He did stand up very well to some of those punches, but even if his face wasn't broken it was only matter of time when he would get down.

Khan took some very good punches from Canelo before going down.

P.S. I think I heard Brook a zillion times this week saying he is not a welterweight, but natural MW

P.S.S. I am not taking anything from Brook. Great fighter, great chin, massive heart. But he never had a chance even against this poor GGG's performance.

P.S.S.S. Rosado never went down and he took some bigger shots than Brook and he survived much longer.
