Watch the damn fight. He was boxing in round 2 and got outboxed.

So because he wasnt as aggressive "he was trying to box." No he was jabbing to set up his power shots which he continued to throw with reckless abandon in round 2.

Brook has a huge speed advantages. Theres no suprise he was able to land well. Guys with speed advantages usually land well. All these "whats ifs" are just suggestions, not fact. You can say if Marquez was a heavyweight he would of been heavyweight champ. Doesnt make it true. Its all just fantasy Once again your just looking for ways as always too discredit him.

Are these threads ending? Give it a rest Brook fans, we know he's good, but the weight advantage was obvious from day 1, whoever thought Brook was upsetting the undefeated middleweight champion has seen too much fantasy movies.

You could argue Brook's very skilled and was undefeated, but Canelo made it way worst with Khan AND Josesito Lopez, or did you guys suddenly forgot about that one too?

lol @ people still harping on weight. There was no real weight advantage here, Golovkin was just too powerful and too smothering, and Brook's trainer threw in the towel too early.

Nah Gololvkin couldn't miss with the jab, he was landing it 4 or 5 times in a row.

Thing is if you take away the size, Golovkin would just be quicker than he is now, he would still be landing the jab at will and still be a big puncher. Punching power and the jab is what told the story tonight.

Props to my man Brook, I was with him the entire way but the better fighter won tonight.

exactly, GGG couldn't miss with his stiff jab since he wasn't afraid of Brook's power so he let his face be his shield to get his punches in.

If Brook was a true Middleweight and GGG went forward face first, this would have ended differently, GGG will go down with that steamrolling tactics.

In this fight GGGs face was being marked over and over like he doesnt care he gets hit there as long as he gets punches in.

# skill vs skill Brook takes it, but he doesn't belong in GGGs division so that's that.
