I think Brook will make it interesting for 3-4 rounds with some decent exchanges.

But he will feel GGGs power mid fight, become cautious and get stopped by the 9th.

If there is one thing I don't think we see, it's Brook becoming cautious after feeling his power. I don't think he's that kind of fighter, he will go out on his shield.

When British middleweight champion Chris Eubank Jr. (23-1, 18KOs) reunited with promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport earlier this year, there was a lot of pressure placed on Hearn to secure a fight with IBF/IBO/WBA/WBC middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) for the fall.

IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (36-0, 25KOs) raised a few eyebrows when he weighed in at 176-pounds during the WBC's weight check, for the upcoming title fight with WBC/IBO/WBA/IBF middleweight king Gennady Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) at The O2 on September 10, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

The excitement around this fight lies in that Brook is the best opponent skillwise that GGG will have faced, a near complete fighter who is more naturally a middleweight than a welter, and undefeated champion. GGG does everything better than Brook, but that doesn't translate to a wash in the ring, many things can go wrong, and fighters can perservere, flash knockdowns can happen, the tide of war can change in an instant. If GGG wins, sure there will be people who say "but Brook moved up", but so what? fighters move up and down all the time in this sport, there is always a fighter who moved up or down recently in a fight, or who did it at some point. This doesn't mean anything especially if they didn't jump whole divisions. What matters when two complete fighters meet in the ring is skill. A well honed and crafty fighter can take away things like reach advantage, height advantage, and weight advantage from an opponent, it's the execution that matters, and the ability to take advantage of opportunities that set apart the elite, from the good, the great, from the best after them.

Kell Brook will go up two weight classes to face the undefeated Kazakhstani knockout machine, who is widely considered the best pound for pound fighter in the world, for their September bout.
